Overall I am happy with my experience here. I had a few SUVs I was interested in looking at and was under the impression that I was going to be able to view and test drive them. When I got to the dealersh SUVs I was interested in looking at and was under the impression that I was going to be able to view and test drive them. When I got to the dealership the salesman only showed me the Kia soul. Then I felt pressured by the sales manager to buy that vehicle without seeing any other ones. More

I was referred to this dealership. I was very happy with the service while I was there. However, a week after my purchase my vehicle already needed an oil change, no biggie, but also found out that the ai the service while I was there. However, a week after my purchase my vehicle already needed an oil change, no biggie, but also found out that the air conditioning compressor needs to be replaced! Cost is $1200.....definitely not happy about this. I had also called because I had questions about my payments. I was transferred 4x and ended up leaving a msg and never received a call back! More
