I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and Art was very helpful in answering all my questions. First time car buyer here :) He was not pushy in closing the deal, which I appreciated. When picking up the car, Art explained the features of the car in detail. Even my father-in-law, who purchased from another Lexus dealership said they only spent 10 minutes explaining the features of the car and how to use them.
