Next, I was introduced to Delvin Litteras, Sales Manager, to complete the sales process. He even came over to Melbourne to pick up me and my wife and drive us back to the dealership. There were no surprises completing the paperwork; went smoothly with all questions answered. Sport Subaru South Saves the Day! We were heartbroken when Bill Bryan Subaru sold our car out from under us on Friday and told us that they couldn't get that same car for 3 months! I i We were heartbroken when Bill Bryan Subaru sold our car out from under us on Friday and told us that they couldn't get that same car for 3 months! I immediately called Sport Subaru South and told them what I was looking for and what had just happened with my original dealership. Not only did Nino assured me that the car would be there on Saturday at 9am, he discussed prices with me over the phone and answered all of my questions! When we arrived at 8:45am I was surprised that the car I was looking at was there in front of the building waiting for me!! Our salesman, Giovanni took such amazing care of us and explained the amazing features our car has and was ready to quickly close the deal. We brought our own financing and was able to quickly go through financing and paperwork just like Giovanni had promised! We came in heartbroken but left elated with joy as we drove away in our dream car 2 hrs after we stepped foot in the door. Not only did we find our car, we find an unbeatable price and the only dealership we will buy from in the future! More

He walked us through everything and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time. We weren’t able to make a deal the first trip due to budget constraints, but left feeling relaxed and thanked him for such a stress-free visit. We visited 4 other dealers in Florida trying to find the right vehicle in our price range. We will never go to another Subaru dealer in Florida. We were outright lied to multiple times at the other dealers and felt so much pressure to jump on vehicles that just weren’t right. “These are new tires!”-sales person “Then why do they say 2015, have half the tread left, and have a PATCH on them?”-Us “Nobody does lifetime powertrain warranties on used cars!”-sales person “Sport Subaru South does. Here’s their website to prove it.”-Us We came back to Sport Subaru South to look at different vehicles and found the right one on the first test drive. Delvin was there to meet us at the door again. He fought for us every chance he got. Every dollar he could knock off, he did. We picked up the car the next morning and he sat with us to explain all the controls and even set up the Bluetooth for us. Delvin has such a calming presence and knows everything you want to know about the vehicles. He will make sure you feel welcomed and in control of the situation. His little French Bulldog was also a delight! Our financial guy was named Eli. I don’t know what’s in the water over at Sport Subaru South, but somehow it turns everyone there into the nicest people. Eli tried to get us the best rates possible for the extras we were considering. He could’ve left them at the listed prices, but called Subaru corporate to try to save us a couple hundered dollars. Nino answered our questions over the phone and through email. We had a ton of questions, but he was always courteous and prompt with his responses. He definitely knows his stuff. Don’t bother with the other dealers. They don’t have the used car lifetime powertrain warranty, the stock, or most importantly, the staff that Sport Subaru South does. If you’re in the market for a vehicle and they don’t have it, wait for them to get it in. It’s worth the wait. More
