Leon Miller was a stellar sales representative through every step- showcasing the car capabilities ( an expert!!), answering all our questions and making sure every detail we asked about was addressed before we drove away in our new car. Every department we interacted with was just as impressive as the other- friendly, professional and knowledgeable! We were treated like good friends from step one. The service department did an outstanding job installing all the accessories we purchased- the trailer hitch looks like it was factory installed!! After looking at many SUV’s, we were super impressed with the Pilot- very upscale in every aspect. We highly recommend Headquarters Honda! Very professional and friendly- focused on customer service all the way - every department! More

Sun Roof Repair A few weeks ago because of good weather we opened the sun roof on our 2014 Pilot.. When we went to close the sun roof it would not close. We took A few weeks ago because of good weather we opened the sun roof on our 2014 Pilot.. When we went to close the sun roof it would not close. We took the Pilot to Headquarter Honda for repair and got the best service ever. Both Services Advisors Todd McCellan and Nikko Clemons could not be more helpful in solving the problem with the sun roof. I would highly recommend the Headquarter Service department to anyone needing service on there car. More
