Nico is a very knowle Summary: I have purchased many vehicles in my time, but have never had such a great experience with a dealership or salesman. Nico is a very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and makes you feel as if you are his only customer. Detailed Review: It has been many years since I purchased a brand-new vehicle and I found myself in the market for a sporty SUV. In my research I narrowed down to the Porsche Macan S, Mercedes AMG GLC 63, JAGUAR F‑PACE SVR, and BMW X3MC. My first stop was Rallye BMW in Westbury where I was introduced to Nico Rutella. When I expressed my interest in test driving the vehicle, he grabbed some plates and had one pulled from the show room floor (a first for me). When the vehicle was parked out front, he took time to explain the (many) features and adjust settings to my preference. We then proceeded on the test drive (which was amazing). Upon return to the dealership, I explained this was the first stop in my shopping venture. Nico was very understanding and did not try any “high pressure” sales techniques in an effort to get me to purchase before I was ready. After test driving the competition, I called Nico and setup time to negotiate. Not only did he give me the best deal out of the BMW dealers I visited, he also helped me choose the right options for my needs and delete options which I would not find beneficial. Moreover, Nico reviewed all the various financing options allowing me to take advantage of BMW rebates while also maximizing my down payment. Once the order was placed, Nico kept me apprised of updates via text and phone. Three weeks later, Nico gave me the great news that my new vehicle was finished with assembly and on the way to Rallye! I scheduled a date for delivery and was ecstatic to find the vehicle was flawless with no scratches or imperfections at all. After the sale, Nico signed me up for BMW CCA which will give me an additional rebate on my purchase. It was refreshing to experience a salesman that treated me as well after the purchase was complete. More
