After three absurdly frustrating & exceptionally poor experiences with other BMW dealers, both local & out of state, regarding the purchase of a new leased vehicle, we would have been content with routine competency and simply locating the model we wanted . But from the initial phone contact with Nico, all the way through his frequent & timely updates, perseverant inventory search, innovative problem solving and generous spirit, we sensed Nico was passionate about keeping us as BMW owners. The word "no" doesn't seem to be in his vocabulary. He located a vehicle that fit our criteria and that had been overlooked by all other dealerships, and just as our current lease expired. Nico saved the day, made us very happy, saved us money, made us laugh and redeemed what initially seemed like a hopeless situation. Grace, intelligence, and "going above & beyond" are his hallmarks. What stood out was that I’ve called a few dealers (even the one that had previously sold the current BMW to me) and they never got back to me about ge What stood out was that I’ve called a few dealers (even the one that had previously sold the current BMW to me) and they never got back to me about getting into a new lease. Nico was the exact opposite, he got right back to me and was in constant contact even after business hours. I’m a business man and I respect that. So even when the 1st dealer that didn’t get back to me called when I already had the deal with Nico set and offered the same car with additional features for a better monthly payment, i gave Nico the opportunity to match the payment and he did so. I gave and will continue to give Nico my business. It wasn’t about getting the better car, it was about the professionalism and reliability Nico showed. More
