Second Hyundai Elantra Love they way Nico & others helped us get out of a bad used vehicle deal and in a better vehicle & deal. This was our second car Elantra within two weeks (purchase). We had brought in our first Elantra for a minor check and met with Nicolas and explained about an used vehicle we bought earlier in the year (in other city in Florida) with the financing & other problems. We sat down to look at the papers of that vehicle and realized we did get a bad deal but due to our situation at that time we took it. Nico, Kris, Shaun, Ian, etc.. helped us look at all the paperwork/credit/etc.. to get us in a better & more realiable vehicle which we really needed to but wasn't to sure since purchased 4mo prior. Due to the used vehicle business, they had our credit in a mess. Their were times when the staff had to play tag team since other customers were coming in but we never felt pressured. They all treated my wife & I well. It had been over 8yrs since buying a new vehicle and we enjoyed working with Nicolas & staff during the process of both vehicles. We have owned Hyundai's over the years especially the one that replaced our first Elantra which was 9yrs old and over 218,000mi. We love both Elantra's and even though we have had them since last month, both have over 1,500mi on them. Our second Elantra we took to Savannah, Ga (4hrs away) and drove very nice. Very comfortable to drive. I have owned a number of hatchbacks (Honda, Subaru, etc,,) over 30yrs and these (Elantra's) rank up with them. Just love the latest options (standard & extra) that are in the cars. Both Elantra hatchbacks are black and have the same options but the interior colors & pinstripe are different. Wife & I switch every once in awhile. More
