Though our car was only 2 years old, we were having some issues that were causing concern, so we decided to look for a different vehicle. We drove to Ocala to look at cars. We knew we wanted a SUV, but weren't sure what make or model. We checked several places, but were not ready to buy. Jenkins was our third stop. Our son has a Hyundai and has had a very good experience with it, so we thought we would check them out. Nico was our salesman. His knowledge and sharing of information about the vehicle we were considering was amazing. Initially we were looking at a 2017 with only 3,000 miles on it, but the cost was a little more than what we could pay and the trade-in amount was lower than we needed. We told Nico we would have to think about it. One of the managers, Jason, offered us a 2018 for a price we could not pass up. Although we had a good offer on another make/model at another dealership, the bottom line amount we would pay, plus the Hyundai warranty, sold us on the vehicle. The closing process with Gary was quick and easy, and we drove home that evening in a 2018 Tucson - our first SUV. Thanks, Nico, Jason, and Gary! More

Great Purchase Experience I could not have been treated with more respect or curtsey than I was by Nico and the management at the dealership. Nico explained all of my options concerning leasing and purchasing, along with features and models that I wanted to see. He was so helpful in setting up my Bluetooth and Android Auto App for my phone. When I left the dealership I was comfortable with all aspects of the deal I had made and the operation of the vehicle.Gary explained all the paperwork, answering all my questions, and I did have a lot. He was very patient and professional with me. I had visited the Jenkins Leesburg dealership in June and found them to be abrasive, over bearing and really not interested in anything but the hard fast sale. I know now why the Ocala Hyundai Jenkins sets standards for the rest of the dealership. My trade in was a 2004 Sante Fe with over 214K miles on it. Hyundai makes an exemplary car and has some of the best sales staff in Ocala that I have come in contact with. I will again purchase from Nico and Jenkins Hyundai Ocala. More
