After stating many times that I was NOT prepared to buy a car that day, the Sales Manager offered an '"out-the-door"price with 0% interest rate. I provided a $5,000 cash deposit. The Finance Manager stated car that day, the Sales Manager offered an '"out-the-door"price with 0% interest rate. I provided a $5,000 cash deposit. The Finance Manager stated "no 0% interest rate" (I don't know why because I have an excellent credit rating). Also, I was pressured into unnecessary extended warranties which eliminated my deposit value, raising the price of the vehicle. This whole process took over 7 hours! Due to the resulting stress, I returned the next morning to renegotiate. (Note: I live over an hour away from this dealership.) More
