I would have thought that this should have been done a lot quicker as they knew we were coming and should have had everything all ready & set to go. The next question on this survey asks "Would you have preferred to write this review while you were still inside the dealership?" My answer to that is that they would not have liked to hear what I would have said while waiting there that long to complete the deal. Sorry guys.. More

Very personable and friendly staff; our salesperson was willing to assure that our purchase was made-to-order for us; he was concerned about financing (what we could afford), what he could do to make a bet willing to assure that our purchase was made-to-order for us; he was concerned about financing (what we could afford), what he could do to make a better deal for us (we leased 2 new vehicles). Some did not even return phone calls, I was ready to buy used instead of buying new, only because with used you have to settle for whats out there. When I called your dealership I spoke with Thomas Gates and he was very helpful and honest and was also willing to negotiate a fair price with out having to make sacrifices on the truck quality and options. Very nice guy! I also appreciated the owner introducing himself and all of the people who came up to me because I wore a Patriots Jacket who wanted to talk about the Team! I TOLD THEM IT WAS GOING TO BE A BLOW OUT against DENVER :) The Finance manager was also very nice I believe his name was Nick, walked us through all of the forms and was very quick.
