Awesome place best dealership in chicagoland I went to purchase a new vehicle. They truly make you feel like family and treat you good. Professional fixing of issues I purchased a used Ford Fiesta on 9/7 and dealt with Rene Quinonez. Originally had some issues with mileage discrepancy etc. After stating my issues to the sales manager Nick Sfikas everything was dealt with very professionally and very courteously. Both Nick and Rene were very helpful and apologetic about the issue and worked to make things right. The financial officer that I worked with originally, Wesley Polo was absolutely fabulous and took time to fully explain my options to me and make me feel comfortable with the purchasing process. I would definitely purchase a car with them again. More

My brother and I each purchased new vehicles on 8/15/19. Our salesman was Nick and he couldn't have been more helpful! He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and took his time with wit Our salesman was Nick and he couldn't have been more helpful! He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and took his time with with me. My brother also purchased a new vehicle the same day and he was impressed with Nick as well. The general sales manager, also named Nick, was equally as helpful. He found the exact vehicle I wanted and it was delivered the following day. Wes Polo was the financial person for both my brother and I and was honest and helpful as well. More

No follow up with an issue Bought a 2016 Fusion for my 81 year old mother in law. She was not with us, which was a mistake. She's a small lady, 5'3" and turns out can't comforta Bought a 2016 Fusion for my 81 year old mother in law. She was not with us, which was a mistake. She's a small lady, 5'3" and turns out can't comfortably and safely reach the gas pedal. When she puts her heel on the floor, only her toes can reach the pedal. She was nervous and felt it was unsafe. I asked my salesman if there were any adjustments or extensions that Ford could help us with. He went to his manager and basically said No and No. I was shocked, as I told them my mother in law did not feel safe driving the car they had just sold us. I was sure they'd be all over it as safety was involved. I couldn't have been more wrong. They could've cared less. The only suggestion they had was I could trade it in and buy a different car. Thanks for nothing...... More
