With car salesmen and dealers in the family, I have HATED the thought of setting foot on a dealership lot. That changed when I came down here and talked to Nick and Wayne. Nick said they would treat me like the thought of setting foot on a dealership lot. That changed when I came down here and talked to Nick and Wayne. Nick said they would treat me like family, and, from meeting Wayne to finalizing the deals with Joeanne, that's exactly what it was like - only better! Wayne talked with me and LISTENED to what I was saying - then showed me exactly what I was looking for. He walked me through the entire process, making me feel comfortable and confident. Wayne is Customer Service personified. And Nick! Nick made sure everything was perfect with the vehicle before it left the lot and made sure I was comfortable with the future as well. He too listened to what my concerns were and dealt with them quickly, professionally, and personably! Joeanne is . . . amazing. Again, she listened and worked WITH me from start to finish to make buying my car - an AMAZING new Mazda3 by the way! - an incredible and encouraging process that was done quickly and efficiently. Thank You to ALL at CardinaleWayMazda for renewing my faith that there ARE good Dealerships with GOOD People that have a desire to provide Excellence in Product AND Service! More

The highest compliment one can pay to a sales and service oriented business is to be a repeat customer. Yesterday I purchased my second Mazda CXN9 GT from Cardinale Way Mazda. As my 2008 CX9 GT had 73,000 m oriented business is to be a repeat customer. Yesterday I purchased my second Mazda CXN9 GT from Cardinale Way Mazda. As my 2008 CX9 GT had 73,000 miles on the odometer, and I have taken excellent care of it, when Wayne approached me in the Customer Waiting Area I thought "fat chance", but go for it. He did. He located an almost exact replica of my 2008 model in a 2011 model that was literally just unloaded from the delivery truck. It still had all of the plastic panels and wrapping inside and out. Still skeptical, I said I would wait for his numbers. After a very low stress back and forth between Wayne, his floor boss and. The general manager, we came to agreement on a price and monthly payment. Working next with Patty was a truly enjoyable experience, something I never thought I would write about an encunter with the dreaded finance manager. Patty is a delightful, Christian woman who treated me very fairly and with dignity. I elected to purchase the Platinum Protection Plan for extended warranty service for 100,000 miles, something ever offered to me before. The car preparation staff deserves the highest praise for their hustle in prepping my new car. While I was in with Patty, my sales guy, Wayne, worked along side the prep crew. I never got to meet the prep crew, though I would really like to thank them personally for their excellent service. The car was well prepped, especially considering the time line available to them. Always cheerful and ready to serve is Nick in the Service Department, and he welcomed me to continue our relationship, nurtured over the past 3 years. I genuinely enjoy working with Nick, even when the cost of repairs on my 2008 were more than I was expecting to pay. His affability and readiness for Christian service make him a true MVP employee in the dealership! An added bonus was Friday lunch, where the staff and customers are invited to a lunch of grilled burgers, hot-dogs, and bratwurst. As an aside, those guys know howl to properly cook brats, just like Wisconsin. I began my rating with a recollection of my first purchase in 2008, there is truly something different at Cardinale Way Mazda. Back in 2008 there were signs at every workstation that said "NO LIE ZONE" and that practice appears to still be intact. Unlike most dealerships I have experienced, Cardinale Way has what I perceive to be a genuine attitude of respect; for each other and for the customers. While I am sure there has to be "issues", they are not evident to this very perceptive Pastor. Job well done, folks. You have a customer for life if you continue in the values you profess and live out. May God give you all strength to continue being upfront and honest with all of your transactions. More

Started with a timing belt repair for my 2003 Mazda Protege and the price they gave me to have it fixed was about $200 less then the "Mom and Pop" mechanics. Nick Santarsiero the Service Advisor was ve Protege and the price they gave me to have it fixed was about $200 less then the "Mom and Pop" mechanics. Nick Santarsiero the Service Advisor was very nice and polite and treated me with respect and a kind of courtesy that quite frankly I have never experienced with other dealers. I was very impressed with the service department. Thanks again Nick for everything. We also were in the market for a new SUV and after looking at a local Ford dealer inventory of Escape's, we decided to look at Mazda's Tribute after picking up my Protege from the service center. Nick introduced us to Wayne (sales) and he was very polite and patient with my wife and I as we looked. We took a 2009 Tribute out for a spin and liked it a lot. We ended up buying a 2011 Mazda Tribute that day and after they gave me what I wanted for my 2003 Ford F-150 as a trade (thanks for that). While we were filling out paperwork and stuff, a member of their team drove over an hour to a location to pick up out Tribute, then an hour back. While that was going on, we were being taken care of by Matt Shelton, Mazda's Sales Consultant and he was about the nicest person I perssonally ever had the honor of meeting. The Finaince Manager "MaMa" as she is called, helped get us the loan we needed to buy the car and was patient as we learned that a little issue kept the Credit Unions from matching, but in the end we got the Tribute and the payment we were told we would get. I was so impressed that I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. The Whole team was awesome and the start to finish couldn't have been any better. My wife and I were very well taken care of, and I am not an easy person to impress! Nicholas Galinger More
