Shortly after my initial call, Nick Roseta returned my call to make an appointment for a test drive. The test drive was terribly fun and Nick was very patient. I went back for another test drive and yet another test drive with my husband. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. Once the decision was made, Brad Seaman handled the money end of the transaction and was also fun, patient and just plain nice. Since purchasing the car (Macan), I've had to call Nick about the windshield wipers. He got back to me with a quick video he made showing me how to make the wipers automatic. I feel like I could drop in any time and be totally welcome. Oh ya...and I love my new car! It's amazing!!! More

I own a 2008 911 S Carrera which I bought there a few years ago and most recently, my patience paid off: I was waiting for a well-equipped (but not over-equipped) 2012 Panamera 4 with low miles in a rare silver. Brand Ambassador Kyle has been my guy there for all of these cars and he located this one and followed through with all of the details, A to Z, answered every question I had and educated me on the endless technical and non-technical aspects of owning a Porsche. This is my first Certified Porsche purchase and I look forward to those advantages. We all know you pay a little more buying a vehicle from a dealership generally -- and perhaps moreso when it comes to Porsche. Speaking from my own experience -- including owning the 911 I've had for over 2 years now -- it's clearly worth it. Thank you Porsche Beaverton. More

The showroom, work spaces and convenience areas are all well laid out and white-glove clean. The customer service representatives (sales and support staff) are professionally attired, knowledgable and attentive without being in a rush to "sell" you a car. They know they have an exceptional product and there's probably a good reason you've come to the dealership. My questions about a particular car I'd seen on the dealer's web site and was on the showroom floor were all answered and the test drive I requested was easily facilitated. I told them I wanted to think things over for a day and would get back with them. Never felt even the tiniest bit of pressure to make a decision on the spot. I did return the following day, made sure the car would "accommodate" my needs as well as my lifestyle and made the purchase. They handled my trade-in with the same open and honest integrity, giving me a very fair price and even had my car "pre-sold" to another dealer, so we all felt confident about the transaction. Same exceptional customer service extended through the paperwork, car prep and detailed walk through on the car. Follow up phone calls to be sure I was happy with the car and didn't have any questions were much appreciated. My sales representative, Lance Gearing, has been a pleasure to work with as has service representative Ian Prater. Five stars to Porsche Beaverton. BTW, I've dealt with this dealership four times now, including three previous Audi purchases, and always found this same high level of integrity and customer service. More

The cars sell themselves, its Porsche after all, but the dealership experience will keep me coming back. I was coming out of a lease of a Cayenne S and was evaluating my options. Nick patiently answered all of my questions, gave me insight on the new Cayenne design coming out and identified a Macan S that he thought I might be interested in for the time being. It was waiting for me when I arrived for a test dive. The lease financing experience was also easy, as was the closing of the transaction. Great briefing on the Macan options as well and Nick contacted me later to make sure I still loved the car. Great experience and I expect to be a repeat customer! More
