Very poor customer service. Long wait times with advisors . No one answers the phone and if you get someone to answer they take a message a never call back. No clear communication between each department I purchased a brand new vehicle that had a broken window. I was told the vehicle would be ready for pick up the next business day. The vehicle was not ready for another week and a half. During finance process I was being pushed into the flex payment by Ford. I stated over and over that I did not want that option. I have purchased from hawk Ford in the past but can say I will not buy another vehicle from here. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. More
