I had an appointment, got there a little early, took me right away and they finished the job in 30 minutes. The service manager told me everything they had done, answered my questions. He was extremely n right away and they finished the job in 30 minutes. The service manager told me everything they had done, answered my questions. He was extremely nice, professional and all in all a great experience. I will definitely go back to McGee Toyota for all my servicing needs. Also, very beautiful in the waiting room. More

I had a great experience at Toyota of Hanover. I was contacted very quickly after my interest in a car online. The Car was all.ready for me to test drive when I arrived. So far so good! I'm one week into my new 2022 Corolla Cross and I'm very happy. I would've like to go up a style, but due to the supply chain and whatnot they didn't know when one would be available. Zero for customer service. Left voicemails with Nick and Andrew and never got called back. My insurance info was faxed to the wrong agency. That agent had the courtesy to call me to let me know. Why wasn’t Andrew and never got called back. My insurance info was faxed to the wrong agency. That agent had the courtesy to call me to let me know. Why wasn’t I told on day one that they needed the fax number for my agent? Three of the four Tacomas I’ve owned and my wife’s RAV4 came from McGee. My next Tacoma and my wife’s next RAV4 will not be from McGee. More
