Nick "P" is top notch. Total knowlege of vehicle. After going to the 2 relevant dealers near our house and having a lack luster experience and limited selection, we were referred to Nick Pattenaude at Bettenhausen by a good friend who purchased last year. We went there without an appointment and with a small window before closing time and were received by multiple employees with calm and courteousness. Our small wait times in between pulling test drives around, financing paperwork, and making the final decision were offered comfortable seating, refreshments, and no pressuring sales tactics. This was my first time buying from a dealership and I was very cynical, the experience we received with Nick along with great pricing is what made us buy that night and drive away very happy. More
