Patient!! Nick always goes above and beyond to get me what I want. This was the 12 th vehicle purchased with Nick and Bettenhaussen and it was one of the hardes Nick always goes above and beyond to get me what I want. This was the 12 th vehicle purchased with Nick and Bettenhaussen and it was one of the hardest times I had trying to decide between two vehicles. Nick was patient with me and listed the pros and cons of each vehicle. He helped me make a great decision and I couldn’t be happier! I will be back for the 13th vehicle and many more. More

Very Professional I walked into the dealership unannounced at about 9:30 in the morning and I had my new Grand Cherokee in my garage at 4 in the afternoon. Nick was ve I walked into the dealership unannounced at about 9:30 in the morning and I had my new Grand Cherokee in my garage at 4 in the afternoon. Nick was very respectful of my time and financing needs. He obviously had my best interest at heart. In the course of our time together, I asked how long he had been with Bettenhausen and he responded almost 17 years. I have been working with Bettenhausen for just a bit longer than that, having purchased a 1999 mini van from them. The longevity of Nick's and my relationship with Bettenhausen says it all! I am "sold" on their "no hassle" "no haggle" approach to pricing their vehicles. This allows Nick and his companion sales department members to work with their customer's best interests in mind, which Nick did. More

Fast and knowledgeable Nick was knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He seemed to get us the best deal and worked with us on the monthly price best he could.
