Great customer service. Overall had a good experience. Was able to get in the car I wanted payments a little higher than I wanted but I will get that fixed customer service. Excellent Dealership I reached out to Nick Novak via email and told him my situation. He told me to come in to see what he could do and made no promises one way or the oth I reached out to Nick Novak via email and told him my situation. He told me to come in to see what he could do and made no promises one way or the other. I had already went to two other dealers and was getting the runaround because of my bankruptcy over two years ago. The other dealers were clearly trying to take advantage of me due to the bankruptcy. I met with Nick, we chose a truck that fit my needs and a couple of hours later I was on the road in my brand new Ram 1500. From start to finish I was out of the dealership within 3.5 hours. The only suggestion I would make is to the department that prepares the vehicles for transfer to the new owner. They need to pay more attention to detail when cleaning the cars. Other than that everything was great. Nick's professionalism is what sold the car. More
