Prior to my test drive day, I gave him criteria and pricing that would be suitable. He had several SUV’s set aside and ready for my choosing. I had to have comfortable seating for the grands, so we brought our seven year old grand daughter to help out. His engaging and sincere questions throughout the process was such a kind touch since test driving can get pretty boring to a seven year old. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase! Thank you Nick and the team! More
