Good to deal with. John M was as accommodating as he could be. His boss Nic even had to call his dad to ok the sale. Didn’t leave in a blizzard so that was good. We worked with Sue Brink at Sears. She was professional, knowledgeable, polite and made it a pleasure to purchase our new car. We felt she went out of her way to work around our schedu She was professional, knowledgeable, polite and made it a pleasure to purchase our new car. We felt she went out of her way to work around our schedule. We never felt rushed and she was great to work with, answering all of our questions thoroughly and worked to find us the car we were interested in without any pressure. The champagne, picture, sign and bow on the car when we picked our car up were an unexpected fun surprise. We will refer our friends to her and will look for Sue when we purchase our next Mercedes.
