Stopped in to use the restroom and walked out with a new SUV!!! I cannot say enough about our sales representative Nick Griffin and the Sears Mercedes-Benz dealership team. We were in the preliminary p SUV!!! I cannot say enough about our sales representative Nick Griffin and the Sears Mercedes-Benz dealership team. We were in the preliminary phase of purchasing a vehicle and not certain of what we wanted after looking and test driving multiple vehicles days prior. Early Saturday morning we hopped from dealership to dealership checking out more options with nothing catching our eyes. Once we arrived at the Sears lot our daughter needed to use the restroom. As we were waiting for her, the nicest gentleman Nick Griffin struck up a conversation and soon he and my husband were talking vehicles. We asked to just take one for a test drive and everyone fell in LOVE with it....end of story, we purchased!! Had we not stopped in and talked to Nick Griffin, I’m certain we would still be searching for a vehicle. He was an extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, get you what you want kind of a guy.
