OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! I never give reviews about anything except for today. I received a call from Nick Giacomaro and I immediately did a Google search. To my surprise he had high ratings as a Sales Rep. for Nissan 46. He asked me to stop by to see him regarding my lease that was ending in a few months. I humored him and went to meet with him to discuss a new lease agreement. Nick Giacomaro was very straight forward and frank with me through out the whole transaction and Dan the Loan Processor was very professional. I never imagined that I would be driving home with a new car today! This has been the fourth Nissan I have leased and I must say that this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had when leasing a car. THANK YOU NICK AND DAN FOR A SMOOTH, AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Make the Sell and Forget about SERVICING THE CUSTOMERS AFTER We selected Nissan 46 upon a recommendation. Nick was our sales coordinator. He presented us with options but more importantly took the time to make We selected Nissan 46 upon a recommendation. Nick was our sales coordinator. He presented us with options but more importantly took the time to make sure we left with a vechile and a lease we were satisfied with. He and his peers wanted to close the deal and they did. Never taking into consideration that we may have issues after the vechile was purchased. He NEVER RETURNED A CALL and when you call the dealership you are transfered to so many people and no one picks up. The reception desk does not care.... it's reel them in and release they drop you like a hot potatoe. Therefore our view and experience has been reconsidereded we will not be recommended anyone there. We will make sure they know Nick was great talker up fron but on keep client engagment for the future they don't care. It's about making a sale to make the month. More

Stay far away from this dealership. I went in based on a "Bait and switch" Ad to being with. The deal advertised didn't exist. They lie and make promises they don't intend on keeping just to sell you the "Bait and switch" Ad to being with. The deal advertised didn't exist. They lie and make promises they don't intend on keeping just to sell you the car. Specifically being told you will have free oil changes for the life of the car if done at their dealership. Not true, only 2 free ones a year and if you do "routine maintenance" thru them also. Their sales practices are underhanded and made to confuse the customer so much that you don't really know what you are paying for the car. I paid too much and went back to speak to the boss several times (who was someone different each time) and was basically told "too bad". My salesman Nick really did the best he could for me but his hands were tied on most of my complaints. With so many other dealerships to choose from I wouldn't go here. More
