I am satisfied with the price and all transactions were easy and taken care of, such as DMV registration and car insurance transfer. My vehicle was not detailed before I took it off the lot because it was late in the day, but Nick was sure to schedule a date when I can bring it back for full detailing. More

We planned same day test drive and when I pulled on lot car was ready to go with tag in window with my name on it. Everyone from the moment walked into the building was very nice and polite and held the door open for me to walk in. Once I met with Nick was very quick let's look at car and test drive it. I was able to take a nice test drive and Nick was able to answer my questions and was not pushy just let me drive the car. I have been to other dealerships and sales guys are pushy and sometimes don't know what they are talking about. After test drive he took me on tour of dealership and introduced me to the service team. Nick restored my faith in traditional dealerships again. It was not as long of a wait as I have had in the passed and they did everything to get me approved which was much appreciated. 10 stars for the staff facilities and qaulity of cars. Here to what I hope will be a long relationship with Gates Nissan. More
