We went around the airport on different grades of road surfaces so we could see how the car rode. The finance was tricky since the computer kept messing up but also very sincere apologies for taking longer than usual. Very satisfied with the experience we had there. More

It is evident from the start that they are in it for the customer and not the bottom line. Not once did I ever feel I was being taken advantage of or seen as a source of profit. They truly want the customer to have a great experience and the vehicle they have researched and worked towards. Need more stars! More

We brought in a wheel that was damaged months ago, never got a call, then, when I called to ask if it was fixed or replaced, Service said it was ready to go. Went to pick it up 10 days ago. No Repair or Replacement because it hit a curb!!! What else would normally damage a Wheel? VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!! Louis T Memolo General Contractor Inc. Probably the end of our Loyalty to Werner Mazda!!! Too bad, We were looking forward to Test Driving the Mazda 6 with newer more Powerful Turbo. A Toyota next time? More

I instantly felt at ease and could tell they were different than most other dealerships. They saw a person, and not just a bottom line. They were prompt, attentive, and conversed with me as if I were at the hair salon or hanging out with friends. My 10 year old son who had to endure days of car shopping at other dealerships even remarked later “not all dealers are jerks”. They offered me a more than fair price for a vehicle, and I’m thoroughly enjoying my new car as well as being free from the anxiety of car shopping. I will be sure to recommend Werner Mazda to any friends and family looking for a new car. More
