During all this Coronavirus troubles they went up and beyond expectations, Being afraid to bring a 96 year old mom to the dealer, the dealer brought the car to my house for my mom to try and take a test drive. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, courteous, understanding , and made the whole process easy and comfortable. My salesman, Mike Heintz is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about all the different cars, answered any and all questions, makes sure that you understand everything,, returns your calls, very patient , professional, courteous, made the whole process easy and comfortable. I would not hesitate to buy a car from Werners or Mike. More

When it was declared totaled by insurance, I worked with Cameron and Nick to find a suitable replacement. Cameron was extremely diligent in contacting me, walking me through the steps and making sure everything went smoothly in a professional manner. Appreciated the honesty from the entire team and non-pressure approach. Couldn't thank Cameron enough for making the process super easy. I'll be back for service for sure. More

When signing documents it was noted that the trade-in value was off by $500 in their favor. That was quickly rectified. I noticed later that the title application contained an incorrect driver’s license number. The city clerk corrected that. I had requested at least three or four times to remove the Werner decal information from the car. The next day I noticed that this did not transpire, which resulted in another dealer visit (hour round trip). Anyway, the important matters were handled decently. Smaller issues could have been avoided with greater attention to detail. More
