We were greeted by Bob Truesdale, from the first moment he was very professional and friendly even when he was juggling other customers. He went above and beyond to get us the car that fits all our expectations. Bob listen and cared for our opinions, at no point we felt pushed to close a deal or dismissed as it happens sometimes. Along with his manager they located a car at another Tasca location transfered it and contacted us. Paperwork was streamline and completed promptly. Financing rates offered initially were not the best, but when we asked for better ones and suggested a CU he was able to find one that gave us a better deal.
