He also carefully listened to my wife's (the primary driver) preferences and concerns and made recommendations based on what was best for her, which ultimately got us into an SUV with the right set of features for our budget. Nick, made quick and efficient work of the paperwork and explained everything as we went along. Additionally, when we picked up the SUV, Jeff took extra time to carefully explain, and demonstrate, the key features of the vehicle to us and set up several features with us before we left.
