I would not have gone back to Mentor Kia. Ken Ganley provides a good atmosphere to work through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I came in to Ken Ganley Kia with very little idea as to what I needed or even wanted. Sam was beyond patient and spent ample time making sure I got exactly what would suit my needs. We bought a KIA from this dealership and the process was great! We are from Louisiana and the dealership had the package we wanted. Had several conversations over the phone and sealed the deal.
