They made us feel comfortable from the get-go, Matt greeted us at the door on Saturday am, offered us water & coffee and got to work. He is a huge hockey guy, so we wanted to buy a car from him off the bat! We actually had walked into The dealership thinking a preowned was all that we could afford, but Nick made us realize that a preowned ILX was just not what we were looking for. He talked to us realistically and understood that we were young, just married, and settling into our finances, and wanted a car that would be our first family car. We then worked with Matt with our test drive, and from there we were sold. Matt and Nick worked with us on a leasing package and with our trade in, and we just couldn't be happier with the level of customer service we received during our time at Acura of Westchester. I felt like I was a veteran Acura owner when in fact I was a rookie. Our first Acura and I can tell you that I will never drive another car again! Acura of Westchester was the best! More
