Upon initial request for an oil change, suggested leaving vehicle due to limited Sprinter service personnel. Minor, but no windshield sticker provided - reminder for next oil change. That’s fine. Recorded mileage and will schedule accordingly. Appreciate the multi-point inspection and subsequent suggested service. Will follow up later. Not really sure why I provide feedback. Seems like all dealer service is routinely similar, regardless of input. I guess expecting more out of Mercedes should not be anticipated. More

Extremely disappointed with how overpriced the service was and things being added without any communication or approval from me. Charging $800 for a basic oil change and air filter change is absurd.
