Buyer beware!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would without any hesitation! I’ve had car buying experiences that went well and this wa BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would without any hesitation! I’ve had car buying experiences that went well and this wasn’t one of them. The deception and conspiring in this place is ridiculous. I recently bought a vehicle here and from the beginning I was lied to. I asked first to test drive the car. It was at a Midas that was kind of far for it to make any sense why they’d go there, but I drove there to see the car. Once the test drive was over (only lasted a couple minutes. It was snowing hard and pitch black out.) I asked for the repair invoice and their inspection checklist. Of course everything was green besides what was on the invoice. To keep a long story short, I was told I’d get a price for the car having a lot of cosmetic damage, it didn’t show up on the final contract. Once I drove off of the lot and did my own mechanical inspection, it had things completely failing on it that weren’t listed in the inspection from Midas (probably some shady deal they have with each other) and they completely lied about when they sent me paperwork. Then called me while I was in the hospital with my newborn and wife saying I owed them $200 because they hadn’t sent the paperwork for my trade soon enough to my payoff wasn’t enough. Said it wasn’t their fault and I had to pay. I contacted the credit union that I financed through and they said that they paid Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers MORE than Navy Federal needed. When I brought this up I was met with their GM calling whoever I talked to “xxxxxxxx” and to pay up. Things to note: they do not have any return policy. They will try refusing to cancel your warranty plan even if it’s been less than a week. They use good reviews as a price tactic with buyers so all of these 5 star reviews are a complete load, check their yelp. Overall a very bad place to trust with anything let alone your wallet. More

I came in with not so great credit, and desperate for a vehicle as mine broke down and Im expecting my first child in just 6 wee Neiman was excellent! I came in with not so great credit, and desperate for a vehicle as mine broke down and Im expecting my first child in just 6 weeks! I wasnt able to get financed on my first visit, so I came back a couple weeks later with more money down. Neiman had researched the perfect vehicle to get me into. He helped me get approved, and get the monthly payment to where I could afford. He was friendly, honest and an all around a pleasure to work with! I'm so relieved to have a vehicle. and one I can rely on for my family. Thank you so much Neiman and Rocky Mountian Auto! Good luck in med school :) More
