Absolutely The Best Service I went there to check out a new Chevy Cruze Diesel. As soon as I enter I was greeted and right away the sales guy hopped right to showing me the vehic I went there to check out a new Chevy Cruze Diesel. As soon as I enter I was greeted and right away the sales guy hopped right to showing me the vehicle. I test drove it and fell in love. Low and behold I purchased it that day. I ran into a bit of a snag because I went there solo and really had no way to drive it back to my home or had a ride back to pick it up. I live out in the sticks of Dunnellon Fl. Wouldn't you know it though, the sales rep offered to deliver it several hours later and then I drove him back. I could not be happier... to me that was above and beyond my expectations. Small town dealership: but not small on sevice. Neil was a very helpful no pressure Salesman right from the minute we were approached by him, on the lot.. We were welcomed by him but at no time did Neil was a very helpful no pressure Salesman right from the minute we were approached by him, on the lot.. We were welcomed by him but at no time did we ever feel pressure, he only wanted to help us find the perfect car. And work for it he did.....we test drove four cars before finding the perfect model for us....the 2015 Chevrolet Impala The name Chevrolet speaks for itself, we went in for the name but will return for the service. Originally looking to purchase a pre-owned full size truck, Neil new the answer to each of our questions on every truck we looked at. We could not believe he had only been employed at Palm for a short time. Bottom line, we ended up purchasing a new 2025 Chevy Colorado. The same experience was had with J.D. Pietek in Finance. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating to our wants. More
