Purchased new Impreza Jeff Schade from the internet sales team at Grand Subaru was the first dealer rep to reach out to me after I sent word out online to various local dea Jeff Schade from the internet sales team at Grand Subaru was the first dealer rep to reach out to me after I sent word out online to various local dealers that I was in the market for an Impreza. Jeff and the team at Grand were professional and friendly (Nealy Anderson & Jen Zglobicki assisted Jeff in aspects of the sale), and Grand had a better selection of Imprezas, compared to the other dealers. I was able to locate the specific model (5 door) color (dark blue) and package (premium) that I was seeking only at Grand. The car buying process was a breeze, and Grand has invited me back for a 'Love Encore' program to answer any questions I may have regarding the vehicle. I would highy recommend Grand Subaru for anyone purchasing a new Subaru - and ask for Jeff. More

Great buying experience and Grand Subaru I had a great experience working with Nealy Anderson to buy my Subaru Outback. I was shopping from out of town and requested an internet price. Neal I had a great experience working with Nealy Anderson to buy my Subaru Outback. I was shopping from out of town and requested an internet price. Nealy responded quickly with an excellent price. She walked me through the buying process and I scheduled an appointment to buy the vehicle the following Saturday. Everything about the sale was spot on and thoroughly explained by Nealy. There were no surprises and she did a great job explaining all of the features on my Outback limited. I was a little leary about traveling from out of the area to make the purchase, but I saved a lot of money over my local dealer and now couldn't be happier with my buying experience at Grand Subaru. More

Great deal on a new subaru We purchased our Subaru Outback totally online and showed up at the dealership with an agreed upon price and features. Once we got to the dealership, We purchased our Subaru Outback totally online and showed up at the dealership with an agreed upon price and features. Once we got to the dealership, they showed us our car at our price point, offered us a few optional extras (politely, which we declined) and sold us exactly what we wanted. Really pleasant experience throughout. More

Awesome Experience I've had experience with all kinds of dealerships in the past. Grand Subaru is not the stereotypical "Stealership". I was more than impressed. These guys and gals are fantastic and really have customer service and satisfaction as their number one priority. Seriously!
