I purchased a fully loaded Subaru 2.0 XT Touring. I requested internet quotes from about 12 dealers proximal to Chicago, and Ryan Drouin was able to offer me the best price in the area and able to add in the features I wanted in a timely and efficient manner. Both Nealy Anderson and Ryan were responsive to email and phone calls. The process was also seamless when I came in to purchase the car. Everyone was friendly and the whole experience was not stressful. Overall, I would give the dealership my highest recommendation. If I am still in the Chicago area and Subaru continues to make quality vehicles, then Grand Subaru would be my first choice for my next car. More
