Came in to Honda JB from Wynne Ar. , 2-3 months ago. This project on our 2006 Honda Pilot 180,000 miles transitioned into more than we all thought it would be (Timing belt, etc. servic , 2-3 months ago. This project on our 2006 Honda Pilot 180,000 miles transitioned into more than we all thought it would be (Timing belt, etc. service). JB Honda GM and also SM Joey, mechanics and support staff turned this unfortunate headache job into a "Golden Egg". We were allowed very good service, no fee rental unit and wrecker service, All this right around Christmas time. We have driven the Honda Pilot now for maybe 1000 miles after the service, Luckily we have 12k / 12 mo service contract. So far so good. Had to take care of 3-4 addon minor items. but we seem to be on GO! JB Honda has as called and texted a few times to follow up! Going very good so far but you know its day by day with a 180,000 mile vehicle. Staying close to home right now, Thank you all Joey and entire Team for the help and support Count us as happy customers who plan on seeing you again. This job took a couple of weeks I believe.
