I have purchased 2 cars from Nathan Ingram. The first time he was assigned to me, the second I requested him. In fact, I sent him a text giving him a heads up that I would be in to look at cars. We were concerned that we would be bombarded with emails and phone calls between the two visits but we were not at all. Nathan and Patrick made themselves available to answer questions, returned phone calls in a timely manner and were generally just helpful and human throughout the whole process. Also loved that during the negotiation process the general manager came right over and we didn't have to play the stupid game of the man behind the green curtain routine! More
