Nathan effectively managed conversations with other the Service and Parts teams at Wellesley Toyota - it was fantastic to have a single point of contact that represented our wishes and advocated on our behalf. When we returned to Wellesley Toyota for our first service, state inspection and registration - the team cross referenced the VIN, figured out that the routine maintenance had been already completed and saved me additional money and time.
