Took almost 2 hours for a simple oil change with a scheduled appointment. They also overcharged me and when I called upon returning home after noticing it they would not send me the difference. Made an appointment for an alignment a week prior to bringing it in. We had new tires installed and found out that Heiser never did an alignment over the 4 years we’ve been bringing our truck to them. T bringing it in. We had new tires installed and found out that Heiser never did an alignment over the 4 years we’ve been bringing our truck to them. Then when I arrived at my appointment I found out it would be over a 4 hour wait as they had other cars set up before hand. I was waiting for it as I always do but the guy who scheduled my appointment said I would be dropping it off. Why even schedule a truck for that time if they can’t even get it in for hours later. When I called the service manager about my concerns with the schedule and not having an alignment done ever Nathan the service manager said it was my job to read the manual and to know what should be done and when. That it wasn’t their job and it doesn’t come up as a suggestion on their systems. After my truck was done it made a grinding sound when taking a sharp left which it hadn’t done before. I then called and complained to the GM he had me bring it in right away the next day and gave me a loaner for the day. After going to Heiser for years, I will no longer be returning. More

William Harris was amazing, went WAY above and beyond for me. Had a unexpected expense that was going to cost over $2500 I didn't have. Will spent OVER AN HOUR on the phone with my warranty company to fight me. Had a unexpected expense that was going to cost over $2500 I didn't have. Will spent OVER AN HOUR on the phone with my warranty company to fight and get the claim covered!! I couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled and the extra effort that Will put in to make this happen. He is a great employee and has earned my business going forward More
