I visited Colonial Honda last Friday and test drove a 2020 Honda Pilot. While I was test driving the Pilot the salesman had my trade vehicle evaluated. After the test drive I asked my salesperson to em 2020 Honda Pilot. While I was test driving the Pilot the salesman had my trade vehicle evaluated. After the test drive I asked my salesperson to email me a proposal and he said he would do so within an hour. When I didn't hear from him by the end of the day I texted him a reminder. When I hadn't heard back by Saturday afternoon I emailed him. I then called the dealership on Sunday and left a voicemail. Today I called again and spoke to the salesperson who apologized, said he needed to talk to his manager and would get right back to me. Several hours later and still no response. More
