Never get back to you when they damage your vehicle When my car went to their shop after it had just had paint fixed because they wouldn’t warranty paint issues they scratched the new paint job and said When my car went to their shop after it had just had paint fixed because they wouldn’t warranty paint issues they scratched the new paint job and said they would pay to have it fixed... 3 weeks have gone by with no further communication from them as to when they will fix it... I think they are hoping I forgot about it...when I stopped in a week ago Mitch said he had to wait for his supervisor Chad to come back before he could schedule it... It seems like just another excuse to me especially since another week has gone by.... More

Worst experience ever & DAMAGED my car Worst experience I have ever had! The dealership had my vehicle for 5 DAYS and I had to have a rental the entire time costing me over $150 I had my Worst experience I have ever had! The dealership had my vehicle for 5 DAYS and I had to have a rental the entire time costing me over $150 I had my vehicle in two weeks prior n they had to order a part... they did recall work and did not LISTEN to what I had found after the initial visit so did not take care of the ADDITIONAL issue at first... then when asked about the headlight switch being replaced which was what it was originally in for the said they didn’t know about it! They did nothing to try n compensate me for the rental fees adding up THEN ON TOP OF THAT THEY DAMAGED MY NEW PAINT JOB!!!!! I had gotten a bad rock chip on the hood of my 2 yr old car n the paint began peeling and NUSSAN would not warranty the paint job peeling!!!!! Thus costing my insurance more than $3000 to fix which was promptly scratched by the service department!!! It has been a week and I have yet to hear a word from the dealership!!!!!! More

First time back in 25 yrs 25 yrs ago after graduating from USU and getting my first real job I came in to buy a new truck. I asked the salesman to help me and tell me about it 25 yrs ago after graduating from USU and getting my first real job I came in to buy a new truck. I asked the salesman to help me and tell me about it. He told me I didn't need to know any of that stuff and showed me the vanity mirror. I left offended and drove to Hansens Chevrolet in Brigham. Been a loyal GMC/Chevy buyer since. Stoped in the other day just to look. Chris Booth offered to help me. I told him this story and said I hadn't been here for 25 years. Ended up buying an Expedition. Kudos to Chris, I wasn't planning to buy but he found us a great deal and was very helpful. Never once did he show me the vanity mirror. More

Happily drove up to Logan Wilson motor company and specifically Trevor Bowen knocked it out of the park. We compared prices at five different dealerships and they killed all of Wilson motor company and specifically Trevor Bowen knocked it out of the park. We compared prices at five different dealerships and they killed all of the competitors. They made the process very easy and did not try to oversell us on a whole bunch of other stuff. We would recommend them to anybody looking for a Ford. Thank you again. More

Friendly and knowledgeable, but too long of a wait! The staff I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle to them when the power steering failed. I dropped it off at their shop on th The staff I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle to them when the power steering failed. I dropped it off at their shop on the 24th of July. The earliest they could schedule it to look at it was Aug 5th. They did work it in on Aug 2nd and called me 3 days earlier than they originally committed, which was appreciated. When they called with the estimate, they couldn't schedule it to begin work on the repair until Aug 19th! This is my family vehicle and isn't really drivable until repaired. I was very disappointed in the wait. Again, knowledgeable and friendly, but a month to complete a repair is WAY too long! They need more mechanics and/or bays if they are that busy. Maybe offer some overtime until they are back on top of their schedule. I ended up calling Young Ford in Brigham City on the 5th of Aug and they were able to get my vehicle in the next day for repair. I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle to them again, other than repairs typically are more costly at a dealership, as long as I could get my vehicle in and back in a timely fashion. More

Wow What Service!!! We had the best experience purchasing our new Lincoln Aviator. Chad knew we were looking for a new Explorer and when the Aviator came in he wanted to We had the best experience purchasing our new Lincoln Aviator. Chad knew we were looking for a new Explorer and when the Aviator came in he wanted to know if we would like to look at it because the two of them were similar. One look and we were in love with this car; so was someone else. Nate had another Aviator coming in the following week so with a little negotiating between us and the other party we had a new 2020 Lincoln Aviator. There was no big city hard sale, I’ll give you the moon crap, it was a home town we really care about you feeling. Everyone at Wilson’s made us feel like part of the family. We love our new car and we love working with Nate, Chad and Maleia and staff. More
