Danny spent a long time letting me test drive different models of cars to help me decide which was the best one for me. He showed me all the features and really spent time explaining everything. Nick worked with me on the price so I could feel good about the deal I was getting and I didn’t have to spend a long time in lengthy and shady negotiations. I appreciate their directness and honesty and I felt both of them really wanted to help me find the right car and give me a good deal. I would highly recommend working with both of them. If you want to finance your car, Nate is your guy. He was patient and smart and really made sure I understood all the details about my financing. Overall, my experience with Royal Moore Toyota was really great and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota, especially a first time buyer. More

As a matter of fact we liked one of the vehicles that we had interest in but we didn't have the time to spend to make a deal. They were fine with that, not pushy and took our number and would touch base in a week or so. We received a call later in the week to touch base to see where we were at. Tylene let us know the status of the vehicle we were looking at and then I had mentioned that we would like to look at a Sequoia along with the other 4 Runners that were available. A couple of days later we received a call from Tylene letting us know about a Sequoia that was available. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to stop by to take a look, and go for a test drive, but we had our grandkids with us, so again we did not have the luxury to spend the time to make a deal after taking the test drive. They again were so accommodating and understanding that they did not push us and we made an appointment for the following Monday to purchase the car. We kept to our commitment and they kept to theirs and the Sequoia was there waiting for us. It was an amazing unexected experience, and I would encourage anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go to Royal Moore Toyota, you won't be disappointed. More

Aws and I had negotiated a price, via multiple emails, before I came into the dealership. I was working with several dealerships to negotiate the best price and Aws was very patient, attentive but never pushy. He said he will beat any offer a customer brings him. I will admit that I expected some sort of bait and switch but there was no attempt to change the deal or up-sell. I had my financing pre-approved and we were in and out in about 2 hours. Aws and Nate were both very nice, friendly, fun guys. It was a pleasure to work with the Royal Moore staff. More

Great experience, easy transaction. I came into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon interested in test driving a used Toyota Prius to use as an Uber/Lyft vehicle. I really had no inte I came into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon interested in test driving a used Toyota Prius to use as an Uber/Lyft vehicle. I really had no intention of buying on that day, I had just never driven one and knew it was a good vehicle to use as a taxi. They didn't have any on the main lot due to the construction, but Austin was more than happy to take me down the road to look at their other lot. We were able to take it on a fairly lengthy test drive through town, as well as on the back roads so that I could get a feel for how it handles in both situations. It was a great car and a hard price to pass up. We went in to talk numbers and I was able to negotiate for the price I wanted to pay. They were short a finance employee that day, and there was another purchase happening simultaneously, so Austin hung out while we waited and we talked football, baseball, basketball, and more. It was a very pleasant experience. The dealership came back with a good interest rate also. There was no instance of coming back with an absurd rate in hopes I wouldn't know what I was doing. That tells me they are an honest company. I think Nate was the finance guy. He explained everything quickly and got me signed and out of there. Anyway, if I ever need another Toyota, I would definitely return. More
