We first met him 2 years ago when our 2nd car broke down. We were at a loss on what to do. We drove into the dealership and he came up to our car in the pouring rain. We literally told him what we were looking for and within 24 hours, we were purchasing our Toyota Corolla. Then, about 3 months ago, we were looking for a truck to haul our tent camper. We went to different dealerships thinking that a truck would not be available at Royal Moore. We kept running into dead ends and I suggested to my husband that we contact Michael again. So, I called him and told him what we were looking for (which was very specific). He called us the next day and said, "I have everything you want except for one thing...it isn't a truck". He told us all about it and we went to see it!! He nailed it. What he found was a lifted Excursion Limited. In our price range! And, it was a lot better than having a truck because we wanted a place to take our dogs while we camped. As if all that wasn't good enough...I was in a terrible wreck the day of the Eclipse. After getting out of the hospital and getting all the Insurance paperwork taken care of, we reached out to Michael, yet once again. He had a couple of cars for us to look at that were in our price range. My car had been totaled so we did not have a trade in. We were so happy when we drove our Buick LeSabre LE out of the lot!!! It was so easy. Nick and Nate, who help and are the Finance Manager and Sales Manager, help find the best interest rate and make sure that you get warranty selections if you want to cover your car further. The service department get you in and out and gives you a loaner car if they need to keep your car. I honestly can't say enough good things about the dealership, Michael, Nick, Nate and the Service Dept. If you go in, tell them Sherrie and Brandt sent you!!! They will treat you amazing!! Our 14 year old son says, "This is where I'm coming to buy my first car!" It won't let me do it but I would give all of them 5 stars for their professionalism, assistance, price and friendliness! More

After watching online adds around the whole Portland area, I came across the model / package/ color I was looking for. It ended up being at Royal Moore near my house. I went in ready to haggle over pricing, but was pleasantly surprised at the price point I received. I ended paying 2700. under MSRP. Luis Lagunes was great at taking care of all questions and making the purchase a smooth procedure. He also gave a detailed review of the instrument cluster and all dash related electronics before I drove away! Ron and Nate were there to make sure I got in and out in a timely manner! I submitted an inquiry through Costco & I got a quote from Tylene at Royal Moore within a few minutes for the exact truck I was looking for. I called and confirmed availability. While I was on the road another dealership called and said that they could offer the same truck for a little higher price & that their service was better than Royal Moore. He also took the VIN number from me & said that Royal Moore didn't have the truck on the lot and they are bringing it from Washington which will put a few miles on it. When I got there Royal Moore had the truck & Tylene greeted us with a smile & took us on a test drive. Tylene was very nice & pleasant to deal with. We felt like we were dealing with a friend. We also dealt with Nick Lee & Nate Taylor they were just as pleasant to work with. I did not tell them that I had a vehicle that I would like to trade in until after the test drive. They quickly pulled up the valuation on my Tacoma & gave me a fair trade in value. None of the employees were pushy to make a sale or sell me additional stuff I didn't want beyond the standard offering. I currently own 8 Toyota's from 1999 -2017 model & have worked with various dealerships. Tylene Cook, Nick Lee & Nate Taylor were all very nice to work with, they all even stayed until 8:30PM until we finished all paperwork even when they close the dealership at 8:00. More
