Greg Suzuki is very patient, and assisted us over a couple of months with test drives, answering questions, and demonstrating a perfect balance between asking questions to get to know us, and crafting a sales solution that met our needs. He has a clear understanding of how to build relationships which bring people back to an organization, and I will work with him again. Each other individual who assisted us in various ways providing technical specifications, answering questions, or guiding us through the acquisition process, was helpful and courteous. Also grateful to Jeff Rawlins and his time involved to take care of us and ensure we were comfortable. My relationship with Ivan Carrillo in Service is a big part of our comfort with the dealership, as he has been helping me service my Jaguar these past several years. More
