Mr. Adams provided excellent customer service this last time I was at the dealership for warning lights that had appeared on my dashboard, and a mildew smell that was coming from my air conditioner. I gave Mr. Marino a three star due to the fact that when I took my vehicle for servicing the previous time, he started to check in the vehicle then he left and he did not appear again for twenty minutes, I had no idea where he had gone, I saw him emerge from his office with another employee from the dealership. I don't know if that was the reason he kept me waiting or not. Taking forty five minutes to check in a vehicle is a little long. More
