Myles and the team made the experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. It was the way Myles treated me as a customer. He was a pleasure to talk to, incredibly knowledge, and no high pressure tactics. I had previously been to 3 other dealerships and they were all fine. But I did learn at Subaru that day there was a difference - Myles didn't work at the other dealerships and they didn't have the Subaru team. I even enjoyed the finance guy - 'who enjoys the finance guy?'. We had a great discussion about the Blues and family all while getting it done expeditiously. Many thanks to Myles and the Subaru team.
