Mustapha was not only courteous and professional, but took his time to he could find me the right vehicle for my family during a hard time. I had recently lost my last vehicle due to a hydroplane inciden took his time to he could find me the right vehicle for my family during a hard time. Since 9 am till 7 pm (His shift ended 3:30), Mustapha managed to text me while at work to find me a car within my range, and also the best quality package of protection. By 12:30pm, he found me the car I loved. Never in a million years I would have thought of driving a Mitsubishi or anything not Chevy, but I digress. As an Industrial Systems Engineer and humanitarian, we strive for perfection of quality of life for a business, and nothing creates value in customers more than making everyone feel like family. Mustapha stayed after work to make sure my deal went thru, ensure my vehicle will get full inspection for pickup tomorrow, and even willing to come in tomorrow to meet me after I get off of work to make sure I leave with a reliable certified vehicle that ensures the safety of my family.
