After buying or leasing six vehicles from this dealership group over the years, I never expected to leave a 1-star review. Unfortunately, my last experience completely erased all of the goodwill they had built with me. I turned in a lease early and was never clearly informed what the financial consequences would be. Based on the information I was given, I believed I would be coming out ahead financially. Instead, I later discovered I was still responsible for the remaining lease payments, resulting in a difference of more than $10,000 from what I expected. To make matters worse, the paperwork was handled incorrectly and took nearly two weeks and multiple phone calls from me to get fixed. Throughout the process, no one clearly explained my obligations or corrected my understanding of the situation. Had they been upfront, I would have made a completely different decision and kept the vehicle for the remainder of the lease. The biggest issue wasn't just the money, it was the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability. After six vehicles and years of loyalty, this experience left me feeling completely misled. My advice: get everything in writing, verify every number yourself, and don't assume what you're being told is accurate. Unfortunately, I learned that lesson the hard way. More
