This our third time leasing with Toyota. We normally see Claude and have a great experience and outcome. This time Claude was sick and we decided to try someone new and got MK. Biggest mistake ever. Negotia Claude and have a great experience and outcome. This time Claude was sick and we decided to try someone new and got MK. Biggest mistake ever. Negotiations were long, stressful and petty. He has very poor customer service and was bouncing back and forth between us and another client. Never offered a test drive in any Rav 4 of which we leased two. Did not listen to our first words about payment and taxes needing to be taken care of with new lease. He lied about conversation we had with him. He gave extremely vague responses to our questions answering sure yah yah we’ll take of that while not even listening to the question. Once he completed the sale and we waited an hour for financing he wanted nothing to do with us. Became busy with his other client that he was already juggling with us. Did not check in with us during except to stop me from asking other people questions. When I would go to speak he would interject “she’s just stretching her legs “ when I was trying to find out how much longer for financing to see us as we were going on hour five oof the whole ordeal. Only to find out after the fact that we still owed a future payment and taxes on a lease we didn’t have. Very disappointing experience. We will think twice before coming back.
