I went in prequalified with a letter, confirmation number, and previously agreed upon terms with a lender.....I was very adamant in my communications before my arrival and again after my arrival that I would not be changing lenders and that they were not authorized to submit my application to anyone else...I was reassured that my application info was only being taken to verify my identity and to tie up my loan with the lender that I chose....As I was taken in to the financing managers office my phone started blowing up with alert after alert....they sent my application to 10 different letters....my signed application even stated that my app was only to go to the specified lender....they had no solution for this even after their salesman confirmed in front of my that I gave them specific instructions regarding my application and credit pulls. I ended up leaving without the car even though we were almost done. If I could give them zero stars I would! More
