Maybe it was our generational gap that made us uncomfortable, regardless, we left. A friend out ours recommended we speak to Jing instead. So we made an appointment with him. Significantly better experience. Jing is to the point, remembered our names from the get-go, and made us feel welcome at the dealership. We closed the deal with Jing and could not be happier.
